Trust & Society Registration
The Public trusts need’s to be registered under the Public Trust Act / whereas the society needs to be registered under the Society registration Act.Such registrations confer a legal character to your charitable organisation and makes it law complaint.
Trust Disputes
The Trust property cannot be sold / alienated without the sanction / permission of Charity Commissioner and any transaction without such sanction is illegal and is void and this often leads to losses to Trust.
Trusteeship Challenges
The addition or deletion of trustees needs to be legally done as per the Trust instrument. Changes in the Trust needs to be updated and illegal change can also be objected and opposed before the relevant authorities.
Trust Audit
The accounts of the Trust need’s to be audited yearly and the Trust Contribution needs to be paid yearly as per the audited accounts.
